Pho (pronounced “fuh”) is a traditional Vietnamese rice noodle soup. We begin with a slow simmered beef broth that is delicately prepared using techniques learned from Vietnam’s own Pho Master, Mr. Thin (pronounced “Tin”). The broth is ladled over rice noodles and topped with your choice of meats and garnishes. Hoisen and/or Sriracha can be added to taste as well as a squeeze of Lime. We also offer a Vegan option.
